• an essential concierge service, included with your yacht charter, to ensure your day at sea is perfectly orchestrated;
• an ultra-exclusive concierge subscription, limited to a few short stays per season, for the complete management of your holidays in Ibiza, beyond the sea.

What is included with your yacht charter

For our clients who entrust us with the charter of their yacht in Ibiza and Formentera, an essential concierge service is automatically included.

Our team handles all requests directly linked to your day at sea:

• Booking tables at iconic beach restaurants (including the famous beach clubs in Formentera).
• Organising transfers to and from the boat.
• Coordinating standard provisioning for the day (drinks, snacks, basic essentials on board).

The objective is simple: you only have to think about enjoying your boat, your guests and the sea.

A service designed around your day at sea

This Level 1 concierge service is designed as your peace-of-mind insurance on board:

• a single point of contact;
• a team that understands the specific constraints of yachting in Ibiza (weather, anchorages, restaurant rhythms and timings);
• the ability to adjust reservations and transfers according to how your day evolves.

This essential concierge service is part of SunMarine^®’s DNA and is included with your yacht, with no additional subscription.

Level 2: the exclusive short-stay subscription (3 to 15 days)

A tailor-made concierge service, beyond the sea

Our Concierge Subscription Service is aimed at clients seeking absolute peace of mind during a short stay in Ibiza (3 to 15 days), with or without days at sea.

This subscription goes far beyond organising a simple boat outing. It covers the overall management of your stay, for example:

• Complete planning of your programme (restaurants, clubs, beaches, wellness activities, discreet visits, etc.).
• Coordination of your private transfers (drivers, boats, premium services where needed).
• Management of sensitive reservations (hard-to-get tables, VIP services, confidential requests).
• Real-time assistance throughout your stay on the island, with a single dedicated contact.

A deliberately limited capacity for absolute quality

To guarantee a level of excellence consistent with the SunMarine^® spirit, the concierge subscription is deliberately ultra-limited in capacity:

• we accept only a restricted number of subscriptions per season;
• each request is studied individually;
• we prioritise stays where we can bring real added value thanks to our local network and experience.

This rarity is at the heart of the promise: a high-end concierge service, extremely personalised, that is not driven by volume but by quality.

Subscription rates and service duration

Transparent concierge fees

Access to our premium concierge service is an investment in peace of mind.

The rates below correspond to our concierge fees for the entire duration of your stay. They do not include third-party costs (restaurants, clubs, activities, transfers, external providers, etc.), which are settled directly by you or according to the arrangements we agree together.

• 3-day package: €1,950
• 5-day package: €2,950
• 7-day package (1 week): €3,990
• 15-day package: €5,990

These rates are displayed to ensure complete clarity and allow each client to position themselves with full information.

What our packages do – and do not – cover

The packages notably cover:

• the preparation time for your stay (before your arrival);
• day-to-day coordination throughout your time on the island;
• reservations, confirmations and adjustments with our partner network;
• the availability of a dedicated SunMarine^® contact.

They do not cover:

• amounts charged by restaurants, clubs, activities or third-party providers;
• travel, transport, accommodation costs, etc.

These items are settled separately, with or without SunMarine^®’s assistance, according to the arrangements agreed at the time of subscription.
