When we have all the details of your reservation, your 50% deposit will guarantee your rental dates and the desired boat. The balance will be paid before boarding (including extras, for example the rental of a Seabob, a jet-ski, etc.) Particularly for the deposit for the yacht's fuel.
What happens to the boat for rent or yacht charter in case of bad weather?
Ibiza is privileged in terms of weather conditions, rare are the days of bad weather when sailing is not recommended. Our team checks the marine weather with your captain the day before and each day of your sea trip.
If the weather is not good and it is safer to avoid the crossing, in this case we will reschedule the rental of the boat or yacht according to your availability and ours. If rescheduling is not possible due to lack of mutual availability, then cancellation of the rental will result in a full refund which you will receive immediately.
